Ingredients
Filet Mignon Steak
1 cup Organic Cashews
3+ tsp Nutritional Yeast (to taste for cheesy flavor)
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
1 cup Mushrooms
1 cup Jovial Grain Free Penne
2 tsp Chopped Chives
1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
1 tsp of Rosemary
Preparation
Boil penne pasta until done.
Add chicken or bone broth to pan with steak, sprinkle on rosemary, chives and celtic sea salt, and cook on both sides until done. After you remove steak from pan, use same sauces & seasoning in pan to cook the mushrooms.
Blend cashews, nutritional yeast & chicken or bone broth in blender until creamy.
Mix pasta, cashew based alfredo sauce, and mushrooms together.
Your beautiful steak with grain & dairy free mushroom alfredo meal is done!
