About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized beetroot

  • 2 large carrots

  • 1-2 lemons (adjust to taste)

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger

  • 1-2 cloves of garlic (optional, for added benefits)

  • A handful of leafy greens, such as kale or spinach (optional, for added nutrients)

Preparation

  • Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.

  • Cut the beetroot, carrots, and lemons into small pieces that will fit into your juicer.

  • Peel and slice the ginger and garlic if you're using them.

  • If you're using leafy greens, remove any tough stems.

  • Feed the prepared ingredients through your juicer, starting with the leafy greens, if using, and followed by the other ingredients.

  • Once the juice is ready, give it a good stir to combine all the flavors.


You can adjust the quantities of each ingredient based on your personal taste preferences. Beets and carrots are high in antioxidants and may support liver health. Lemons provide vitamin C and are often considered a detoxifying ingredient. Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, and garlic may offer additional health benefits.
