About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups Spinach, Mixed Lettuces, and/or Arugula

  • 2-3 Baked Chicken Tenders OR Turkey

  • 2-3 Chopped Dates

  • 1 Sliced Avocado

  • 1 Big spoon of Hummus

  • Nuts of your choice (Walnuts, Pecans)

Preparation

  • Cook chicken tenders 25 minutes with FOND bone broth, rosemary, garlic salt & chopped chives.

  • Cut or shred chicken.

  • Cut up dates into small pieces.

  • Cut Avocado.

  • Add Hummus

  • Get greens, mix everything together & enjoy!
