Ingredients
3-4 cups Spinach, Mixed Lettuces, and/or Arugula
2-3 Baked Chicken Tenders OR Turkey
2-3 Chopped Dates
1 Sliced Avocado
1 Big spoon of Hummus
Nuts of your choice (Walnuts, Pecans)
Preparation
Cook chicken tenders 25 minutes with FOND bone broth, rosemary, garlic salt & chopped chives.
Cut or shred chicken.
Cut up dates into small pieces.
Cut Avocado.
Add Hummus
Get greens, mix everything together & enjoy!
